By accessing or using Diskount (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Diskount. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
Most features of Diskount are available without an account. Some features (wishlists, price alerts, personalized recommendations) require you to sign in with your email. We use passwordless one-time codes — you are responsible for the security of the email account you use to sign in.
4. Use of the Service
Diskount aggregates product, price, and promotional data from multiple marketplaces. We display this information for your convenience and to help you find better prices. The Service is provided "as is" — see Disclaimers below.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service.
5. Affiliate Relationships
Diskount participates in affiliate programs with the marketplaces it integrates with. When you click a "Shop" link and complete a qualifying purchase on the destination marketplace, Diskount may receive a small commission — at no additional cost to you.
We do not let affiliate revenue influence which products we surface or recommend. Our goal is to show you the best available price, regardless of which partner pays the higher commission.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Product names, images, descriptions, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. The Diskount name, logo, design system, and original written content are owned by Diskount.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content (including fake coupon codes).
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Marketplaces
Clicking a product link takes you to a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon or Walmart). Your purchase on that marketplace is governed by its own terms, privacy policy, and consumer protections. Diskount is not party to your transaction and is not responsible for the conduct of any third-party marketplace, including but not limited to product availability, pricing accuracy, shipping, returns, or warranty.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep prices, coupons, and availability accurate, marketplaces change their data constantly. Prices shown on Diskount reflect the last time we indexed each product and may differ from the live price at the marketplace. Always verify the price and offer on the destination marketplace before completing your purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diskount and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost savings, missed deals, or pricing discrepancies between Diskount and a destination marketplace.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to signed-in users via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diskount is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
